He came to bring the Mourners Joy

    • About

  • Matthew 5:16

Let your Light shine before Men, that they may see your good Works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Listen Christians! hear the teaching of the Lord! Thus He says to His People: Be a bright Light and let your good Works shine. Let your good conduct be a Light and an Example to those who still work in Darkness. Do not cause the Blind to stumble, rather be an Example of how to follow in Faith. If you build on your Salvation and lead Others on the same Path, the Blessing and Reward will be Eternal.

A Christian who walks the narrow Road in Faith must be clothed with Virtue, practicing Works of Light, so he may win over the Souls of those who walk in Darkness, and Light the Way to Heaven. Christ’s Love and spiritual Guidance will help you to resist the sinful urge of the Flesh to follow the Way of the World. Walk in the Freedom of knowing that Christ has withdrawn from the World and is already in Heaven.

We should eagerly walk the good Road with Strength and Determination. When we put our Hand to the Plow, we must not look Back. When we leave the Past, we should not circle back to it again, for that Way lies Condemnation. In all we do, we must show ourselves to be true Members of Christ in true Piety. If we want to call Christ our Brother, we must carry on His Work. A healthy Tree bears healthy Fruit. Not our Name or Title bring Salvation, but Actions do.

By Works of Faith show that Christ lives in you and that all you do is done only for Him. As we walk through this World seek only the Things above. Always seek that which is best for the Soul. Free yourself from Sin and always be ready spiritually to depart from this Earth, looking forward to seeing the Fatherland and to find Rest for your Soul. Sometimes the best this World has to offer is Misfortune and Distress, poisoning our Souls.

O hurry! and ready your Soul, use every Hour to strive for spiritual Rest and Joy; in Heaven which no Eye has yet seen, nor Ear heard or Heart entered. Watch and be ready so that Sin has not dimmed your Lamp of Faith, or given you a false Sense of Security, when unexpectedly the Bridegroom arrives.

Your Life on Earth has passed away, Sleep has overtaken you. What if the Lord now comes with His Battle cry? Are we ready for Salvation? If we misuse our Time of Grace we will be excluded from the Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore flee from Sin and the Torment it brings every Day. Think: is this the last Day before Judgment? Then when the last Day dawns the Power of His Word will destroy the World and the Grave and we will go with Him into that heavenly Paradise. Amen.

  • Genesis 5:24

And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

QUESTION: What is the most necessary Thing a Person should strive for?

Amos 3:3 asks, Can two walk together who are not agreed? Are we in Agreement with Righteousness or Unrighteousness? These are the only two Choices we have. Do we choose Light or Darkness? To have Fellowship with God, we have to walk in the Light.

Jesus Christ came and died, to light the Way. Jesus said, I am the Way and the Life and the Truth: no One comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6. We have to choose to walk in the Light, which the World cannot see, know or agree with. God is Faithful, He called us to celebrate in the Fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

God sent His Son to give us Understanding, and if we confess our Sins to Him He will make us Righteous and deliver us into eternal Life.

May the Fellowship and Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Love of God be with us all. Amen. Corinthians 13:13.

ANSWER: To live in God’s Fellowship and Grace and thereafter attain eternal Bliss.

  • Psalm 27:9

Hide not Thy Face from me; put not Thy Servant away in Anger: Thou hast been my Help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my Salvation.

Dearest Jesus! stay with me until I leave this Earth, let me depend on You. Your bitter Suffering on the Cross is now my Gain and Guarantee for eternal Life. I can sleep in Bliss knowing I will not perish.

Let Your Word guide and lead me on the Path to Heaven. Give my Soul the Courage to strive ever on and upward. Strengthen my Legs when they are Frail. As You are my Life, Death will be my Gain.

Be my Comforter when I am anxious and afraid. Redeem me, Lord Jesus Christ, save this Sinner. When my Voice is gone and I can no longer pray and I am taking my last Breath, do not let me fall.

After my final Distress and Death, take me and help me through the last Judgment. When they lower me into the Grave, cover me with Your Mercy and Grace, and on the last Day break, awaken me again.

All those who loved me and are saddened at my leaving, wipe away your Tears. Lord! let Your Grace shine comfortingly on them. Jesus, do not leave us, help me and Mine until we may be reunited again. Amen.

  • Hebrews 1:9

Thou hast loved Righteousness, and hated Iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the Oil of Gladness above thy Fellows.

O Jesus, sweet Rest, who is like You? Many are lost, their Light goes out . But for the chosen Ones, O Jesus, sweet Rest!

Your Life Lord! that has tasted Death to redeem me, covered my Sins and led me from Distress to God’s Mercy and Embrace.

Lord! grant that Your Spirit may nurture my Soul, that I may watch and pray joyfully. Grant that Your Spirit may plant an unstained Love in my Soul.

If Death takes me, stand by me, and lead me through the Valley of Death. Prepare me for Your Glory, so that one Day I may see me standing at Your right Hand. Amen.

  • Isaiah 52:11

Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out of thence, touch no unclean Thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the Vessels of the Lord.

It is of no use to leave Babylon and Chaldea if we keep and bring with us all the Things and Practices we had when we were in Babylon.

If we still carry the Sins of Babylon inside our Hearts, no matter how charming our Speech or outward Reverence, the sinful Works of Babylon cannot be hidden.

Outwardly we want to leave, but if the Past comes with us, our efforts are in vain. We may curse our Sins but if we have Hypocrisy in our Hearts it is hopeless.

Full of Lies, worldly Ambition and Envy, suspicious and full of lustful Indulgences, we give into Greed and go back to what we thought we hated, judged and tried to destroy.

Our previous Sins please us even more now, and we go even further into them. Enjoyment and Profits are all that matter, even when others are hurt by them. Satan has captivated and ensnared us.

O dearest Christian: listen! If you want to be a faithful Servant and surrender yourself to the Saviour, you must have Faith in your Heart, without Hypocrisy. Always be active in prayer to Christ.

Your Heart and Soul must be completely renewed. Through Jesus Christ you must be made free from Sin! Your mouth must speak what is in your Heart. To be at Peace we must bear our Cross and do according to God’s Will.

If you follow the pure Teachings and Mind of Jesus Christ, Happiness will be your future in the Treasures of Heaven. If you leave Babylon behind, Jerusalem’s Gladness will exalt you. Amen.

  • Psalm 45:7

Thou lovest Righteousness, and hatest Wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the Oil of Gladness above thy Fellows.

God! You are eternal. Your Majesty and Greatness does not increase or diminish with Time. Grant that I may trust You and never forget.

Your endless Knowledge cannot be changed and is Eternal. What is Truth to You remains so for ever. Your Wisdom chooses what is best and never fails.

You are not like a Human, who does many Things he regrets. You never change Your Mind and Your Counsel is well meant. In Your Teachings we see Your Glory and Your Grace.

Woe to those who love Sin, for You are its eternal Enemy. You are for ever the best Friend of those who do Good and Right. Grant me the Faith to fulfill Your will.

Lord, it gives You Joy to see Your Children happy. Blessed is he who conforms to Your Perfection. Then he is on a sure Path to reap Your Blessings.

Your Words do not deceive. You, Lord, Who are eternally faithful, keep Your Promises. Grant that I may rejoice and hold fast to Your Truth, until my Body grows cold.

Even though the World may pass away, and every Thing I have leaves me, do You, Lord, remain with me for ever. Let Your Grace embrace me when I leave here. You are my Delight and Joy for ever. Amen.

  • Genesis 24:31

And He said, Come in, thou blessed of the Lord; wherefore standest thou without? for I have prepared the House, and Room for the Camels.

O come! honoured Guest of my Heart, the Provider of Refreshment for my Soul. Although I am a Den of Misery, You still come when You hear my plea.

I repent and pledge my Faith in Hope that I may be called Your own. Although I struggle with sinful Temptations, You still offer me Your Hand.

Your sweet Gaze of Grace sees the Sin in my Heart, and still does not draw away from me. The Sorrow in me remembers the Torment of Christ.

I open my Heart, Soul and Mind to You with great longing. To receive You with true Joy, would be my Rest and Gain.

Come! come and join this weak Child in communion, so that the wonderous bright Rays of Your Light enfold and cover me with Comfort.

Your Manna tastes like heavenly Delight. Your Wellspring flows into my Heart, and I am given a taste of what Faith will bring me in the Hereafter.

It is a hidden Treasure that brings Spirit and Life to strengthen Devotion. It leaves no Room for Sin.

God enters the Soul and with His Goodness and Mercy demonstrates His Power to those who are faithful of Heart and Mind.

Satan’s Power is scattered with the Wind, the Temptations of the World are overcome. In our desire for Spiritual Joy, we have locked up the sinful Man.

God shows what was given to us in those Hours on the Cross. We are freed from the Bonds of Sin and have newfound Freedom.

Now Self and God are united with trusting Love. That which makes a Mockery of something so Divine, cannot come before it and survive.

How light the Saviour’s Yoke is! how gentle His Burden. The Soul that has now reached Heaven sighs with relief.

My God! when will You draw me up to You? when will I stand with the Devout and behold You Face to Face?

I hope and believe I will find Joy and Goodness in Heaven. After I leave the worldly Commotion, I shall stand before Your Throne.

Let the Grace of Your Spirit stand by me, and not let me fall. Make my Path straight and free, and guide my footsteps all the Way.

Even though the Enemy wishes to see me fall, You, Lord, cannot be defeated. When You help me fight against my Enemy, I know I can and will win.

Therefore, wash my Heart clean and take it complete into Your Hand. Then I know I will in Happiness stand for ever before You. Amen.

  • Isaiah 48:20

Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, with a Voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the End of the Earth; say ye, The Lord hath redeemed His Servant Jacob.

In the great Babylon, mighty in Spirit and Deeds, I was a Son of her in exalted Wickedness. I thought myself Happy and Delighted, doing all the Things that were Pleasing.

Alas! but what is found Inside the Walls of Babylon? Lies and Wickedness dwell here; no Spiritual Mourning. Hearts are filled with Lust, Strife, Anger and Revenge. She is the Seat of Sin.

But when I saw the Danger, with Sorrow I left her to go seek a Field which held a great Treasure. So I left Babylon and eagerly followed the Path to go and find this Treasure.

My Presence was soon missed on those wide Streets of Babylon. I was mocked and cursed and treated with Hostility. I tried walking Righteously, but something was still not right. Too many Sins still followed me.

But now my Heart grew stronger, and my Eyes were clearer. My Earthly Wealth was spent, and I thought again of the Field and thought: I must set my House in order and search again. A great Pearl was the Treasure I found.

O, how Happy I was! Farther along I met another traveler; His name was God’s Love. Together we walked, rejoicing in the Spirit. He led me with much Pleasantness and great Gentleness.

He led me on a Path found by Few and said, If you faithfully walk the narrow Path with Me you will inherit great Happiness that will last for Ever, but you must follow My Advice.

Because I had obeyed Him, I saw, to my relief, a great City like precious Gems in the Desert. Until now I had been defiled with the Stench of Sin that had followed me.

Although God’s Love strengthened me with the Water of Life, I doubted my Courage. Because I had wandered in Babylon, I had angered God and not Honoured Him. Now I had to plead for Forgiveness.

I often dreamed of walking that Path. I fasted from my earthly Desires until Love found me and led me boldly Forward. Behold, there is the narrow Gate! Do not turn around, do not look back to Babylon, that Cave of Sin.

But I was weak and spoiled myself with the Desires of the Flesh. But because I prayed and pleaded with God; He gave me the Strength to flee and leave the Lust of Babylon behind me, and to strive for the eternal Good.

Thus I continued to grow in God’s Love and finally I reached the Gate, but I needed to bow my Head once more. I received my Baptism there and was accepted and received my Inheritance.

Blessed is every one that loves God and humble themselves according to His Word; and does not consider Babylon’s sinful Splendor worthy of his Love, but rather is willing to suffer the rough narrow Road to Heaven.

You, who belong to Christ, do not be afraid when trouble comes. Rejoice in Suffering and Torment. Fleeing from Sin, and striving for the narrow Path, the Lord will hear our faithful and fervent Prayers.

O God! hear our every Desire; guide us with Your Spirit. Help us to build on the Foundation of Your holy Teaching. Prepare us to walk the narrow Path joy- fully in the Hope of seeing You. In Your Grace help us to reach our Goal. Amen

  • Hebrews 1:8

But unto the Son He saith, Thy Throne, O God is for ever and ever: a Sceptre of Righteousness is the Sceptre of Thy Kingdom.

Jesus Christ reigns as King! all Things are subject to Him, and every Tongue shall confess Him: Jesus shall be called Lord; God has placed all Things at His Feet. To Him Honour must be given.

God is Lord, the only Lord, and there is none like Him, save only the Son is like Him. His Throne is immoveable, His Life indecipherable, and His Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom.

Only in Him the miraculous Gift of Redemption, the Redemption He paid for with His Blood. Listen! the Benefits of eternal Reconciliation and eternal Life appear before us through the Grace of Jesus Christ.

Sinners open your Hearts to Him. Tell Him of your Pain, your Sickness, all your Needs. Yes, poor People, He can heal all Wounds and share His Wealth. He provides Life after Death.

Although I stand on the lowest Step, I want to believe, speak and cry out, though I am but a Pilgrim: Jesus Christ reigns as King! Let all be subject to Him; honour, love and praise Him! Honour, love and praise Him! Amen.

  • 2 Corinthians 6:17

Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean Thing; and I will receive you.

O sweet Spirit, O blessed Life, O simple Heart, fully surrendered to God and filled with the Love of Christ. When our Spirit has arisen in Christ’s Image of Righteousness, we break the Bonds of Sin and Rise up to Glory.

Simple Christian Love needs no Adornment other than that which lies in the Grace of Christ. Heavenly desire conquers Pride and Folly, and in a pure Child of God, God’s Name shines Pure. No Power in the World can change this and take it away.

O Jesus! impress upon my Heart the meaning of Pure and Simple. No matter the Pain it causes, rip from me the World’s wicked Temptations, so I will no longer be the evil and arrogant Being that I am now. Make of me a new Creature that strives to live in the Image of God. Amen.
